Point Splice at ShadowPlay output
Splice works with capture folders on disk, including NVIDIA App and ShadowPlay locations. Once added, new recordings show up in the desktop app and can be analyzed without changing your capture setup.
ShadowPlay clip editor
If NVIDIA ShadowPlay is already saving your gameplay, Splice can watch those folders, find likely kills with vision models, and give you a focused editor for trimming highlights into finished clips.

02
When analysis runs, Splice asks an OpenRouter vision model to identify highlight moments from the recording. That gives you short extracted clips instead of a long manual search through each session.
03
Open highlights in the editor to trim, split, reorder, balance game and mic audio, and render a finished MP4. Projects autosave, and renders run as background jobs.
04
Splice reads from the capture folder and saves highlights elsewhere. Original ShadowPlay recordings are not modified by extraction or editing, so you can always return to the full source.
